Description

Complex processes create delay, rework, unnecessary approvals and confusion for customers and employees. Business process simplification removes that friction while protecting the controls and activities that genuinely create value. This course gives you a practical method for simplifying an existing process from diagnosis through implementation and control.


You will learn how to define the simplification opportunity, map the current state and identify waste, duplication, bottlenecks, hand-offs and avoidable complexity. The course brings together process mapping, gap analysis, Lean thinking and PDCA so that proposed changes are based on evidence rather than preference.
