Due to 3 hours delay in ICE 691 train dated August 9, 2018 from Erfurt to Frankfurt my friend could not reach the airport in time which cost her 775€ to reschedule the flight! @DB_Bahn - DB Bahn should be responsible to bear the cost instead of offering 15€ refund! Shame 😒
